A safe, fun, and loving place where children learn about Jesus and grow in their faith. When you arrive, our First Impressions Team will help guide you to your child’s classroom.
Meet Our Director
Olga Martinez retired from a career in teaching and marked Psalm 78:4 as her mission:
“We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about His power and His mighty wonders.”
It is her heartfelt desire that every child in her care grows into a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Olga is committed to building a strong biblical foundation in a safe and joyful environment where every child feels valued, loved, and excited to learn about Jesus and God’s Word. She considers it a privilege to serve the children and families of Northwest and to partner with parents in nurturing a faith that lasts a lifetime.

Welcome to Northwest Kids
We are so excited to welcome your family! Our Kids Ministry is dedicated to partnering with parents to help children become fully devoted followers of Jesus. Through age-appropriate teaching, activities, and small groups in a secure environment, children from birth through elementary age learn biblical truths and real-life lessons they can apply every week.
We are committed to building a strong biblical foundation in a safe, joyful environment where every child feels valued, loved, and excited to learn about Jesus and God’s Word.
Safety and Security
- Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Every Kids Ministry volunteer has completed a background check and training.
- We use a secure check-in system (KidCheck) with printed identification labels, and our Kids Wing is secured during the service. Children are released only to the authorized parent or guardian.
- If your child ever needs you during the service, our team will contact you immediately.
Nursery & Age Groups
Nursery (Birth–3 years)
Our nursery provides a safe and caring environment for infants and preschoolers during Connect Groups and the worship service.
Elementary (4 years –3rd Grade)
Children participate in age-appropriate Bible teaching and activities designed to help them grow in their faith.
At approximately 10:45am, children gather together for a time of worship and a Bible-based video lesson in our large group setting.
Afterward:
- Younger children return to nursery for snack and play.
- Older children return to their classroom for follow-up activities and discussion.
We are actively expanding our ministry to serve additional age groups as we continue to grow.
